Paintball
Rules
In
addition to the
General Rules
these are specific to Paintball.
-
You must be at least 10 years old
to play paintball.
-
For
games like paintball we suggest the
commonly known "20 foot rule." If
you are within 20 feet of another
player, ask them to surrender. If
they do, allow them to plug their
barrel and leave the area.
-
If
you are close enough to another
player to touch them with the muzzle
of your marker DO NOT shoot. Let
them move to a safe distance or ask them to surrender.
-
When a player is eliminated,
either by surrender or by a hit, that player is to put their
marker on "Safe" and immediately plug or cover the barrel and
proceed to a pre-determined safe zone until the game ends. To
avoid being shot during this process we strongly suggest the gun
be pointed upward in a non-threatening manner.
-
A player can be eliminated by a
couple of different methods. If the player is struck by a
paintball and the ball breaks on either the player or their
equipment, that player is out. If the ball does not break, the
play continues. If a player is hit and calls themselves out,
regardless of if the ball breaks or not, that player
is eliminated. If a player surrenders or leaves the playing area
that player is eliminated.
-
When you are not on the playing
field or in the chronograph area your marker should be "Safe"
and the barrel should be plugged or bagged.
-
In any case the Referees ruling
is final.
-
And
most importantly of all:
KEEP
YOUR MASK ON WHEN PLAYING!
Always use common sense when
playing. Never put yourself in a
position of responsibility for
another person's injury. |
